Not many, but please do abide by them.

1. Only post your own work, not something that was made for you by someone else. I'd be annoyed if someone asked me to make them a banner and then they posted it on a freebies board.

2. Post each seperate freebie (banner, layout, etc) in a new reply. It just makes it easier to count how many freebies we have.

3. Do not post and ask to use them. If they're there, they're there for you to use :)

4. Do not take them then claim you made them yourself. That would be stupid.
